I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled 9.11

Ordinance to amend the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance,

1903, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which

is not contrary to the Governor's instructions.

2. This Ordinance amends the Public Health and Buildings

Ordinance, 1903, on three points : -

(a) Sanitary Board elections:

see sections 5 and 6

of this Ordinance, and paragraphs 3 to 13 of this

report.

(b) Reinforced concrete buildings : see sections 4,

7, 8 and 10 of this Ordinance, and paragraphs 15

to 19 of this report.

(c) Water closets and urinals : see section 9 of this

Ordinance, and paragraphs 20 to 23 of this report.
